Terrible Service
July 20, 2011I don't usually write reviews but this experience convinced me to create an account and write a review for Red Thai. My girlfriend and I went to eat here on a Thursday evening. The restaurant had only a few tables with customers at them. January 25, 2011I ABSOLUTELY love Red Thai--entered in there by chance one Sunday (was one of the only places open at 5pm, whereas the others on the same strip opened at 6pm). Waited ONE hour for our food and the waiter said it was "normal"; didnt even apologize or do anything about it. Took us for idiots when we actually noticed their was a mess up in the kitchen. Worst service... Its too bad cause the food was actually good.

Hands down, the WORST $70 I have ever spent. I would never go back there. The food was barely edible, and the staff absolutely did not care that I was in the restaurant. Do yourself a big favour, and walk down the street to Thai Express, or someplace on Price Arthur; this restaurant is not worth it!
