Bad service
My Brother in law ordered Crab Alfredo. He was brought shrimp alfredo. He, very ploitely corrected the server, who then brought him some crab alfredo, that more resembled a bowl of clam chowder than a bowl of crab alfredo. The manager came out and kindly apologized for the mix up and deducted the "crab soup" from the bill. But by this time, the rest of us had finished eating .

Great service
October 27, 2011I've been to allot of red lobsters and this one takes the cake. I had an issue with a wrong order and they not only corrected it they comped it. I didn't even barely pay 20 bucks to eat there including drinks and desert. I'm sure this isn't a usual thing but i was blown away by how much they were concerned with my overall satisfaction. I wish all chains went above and beyond like this. A+

I would have to say that the atmosphere does not match the prices that you pay for your meal...but from my experience, the food was great and so was the service. Basically, if you are looking for fancy, this is not the place. If you are just looking for some good expensive food, it's a good place to go.

The service wasn't very good. I went for lunch and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant.. I thought this would mean great service, but it was exactly the opposite. The waitress did not want to be there at all. She was very short and got the order completely wrong. When the correct meals finally arrived, it was cooked incorrectly. The medium Steak I ordered was so well done to the point... more
