Wish I could give this company a zero

Your typical medium-sized agency that will bang out cheap mediocre work, fast. As for the work environment, job seekers should steer clear of this company. In short, projects are run by disorganized inexperienced project managers who all report to the arrogant art director, who happens to be a nude female photographer. I have known someone that has worked here and the way they were treated was awful. They were worked to the bone and criticized all day long by inexperienced managers and directors. The pay was below average for the 9 hour days and mistreatment they were putting up with. The business development/sales team (Particularly Stephanie) sounded bossy and stressed out. Like other agencies I'm sure, the way this company likes to stay in business is to hire entry level designers, pay them the 'probational pay' and fire them just before the 3 month mark for no real reason. I've heard that because employee turnover rate is so high, they aren't able to produce consistent work.

If you're looking for cheap, fast, non-creative work where ethics don't matter, then I recommend you try them out. You will likely not be disappointed. But if you want to support a company who supports their employees, then I suggest you find a reputable company elsewhere :-)
