Raw Lemon Chicken + Awful Customer Services = I will not be returning...
December 30, 2011After 10 years as a loyal customer, I am sad to say I will not be buying food from Red Chilis anymore...after picking up our take out order, driving to Blueridge only to discover they had left out the spicy wontons from our order, I was disappointed. No big deal... when I cut into my lemon chicken and discovered that the meat was RAW, I was MAD! I called and they asked me to drive in to show... more

Worst Service in North Vancouver
December 10, 2011The customer service at Red Chilli on Lonsdale is horrible. I would not recommend this restaurant - either eat in or take out - if you want any kind of enjoyable Szechuan experience. Amazingly, if you order delivery and for any reason their "new" driver has an issue finding your address, they simply give up - leaving you and your guests waiting more than an hour for food that never shows up. Oh... more
