Friendly Service, Excellent Food,Great Price
The Red Basil is becoming a fixture in downtown Galt. At lunch or dinner, the restaurant is generally packed, while other customers drop in to pickup take out orders.
There is good reason for the restaurant's popularity. Vietnamese cuisine is a pleasing mixture of Far Eastern cookery with a strong French influence. And the Red Basil does this well with consistently high quality meals. Added to the experience is a pleasant, if somewhat crowded, atmosphere, friendly service and very reasonable prices. This is a great place for a quick lunch or a casual supper.

Nice place for dinner
July 30, 2014Stopped there to eat and tried the duck, which was reasonably priced. Friendly, helpful service and the establishment is kept quite clean. No complaints from this customer!

January 09, 2014Beauitful , love it plan to try more of the menu. chicken cashew was awsome , food was hot service nice and quick, empresas as they were very busy . It's small space resturant but , comfortable.

Best Deep Fried Duck you will ever have

We have had dinner here on a number of occasions, and each time it has been very good.
Tonight we had fresh shrimp rolls with peanut sauce nice and tasty although I needed to ask for some hot sauce to spice it to my liking ;-)
