Warning Future Renters!!!

Be very careful in dealing with these guys. If you plan to rent on one of their houses please be very cautious before accepting the agreement. Inspect the house carefully even if they say it's not needed or if they say "no problem". DO NOT rely on their inspection report, take pictures of damages to document them and file them they will come handy comes moving out time.
They are friendly when you are moving in but they a pain in the a** when moving out. They will look for whatever reason they can find to charge you when you are moving out. They will try to retain the maximum amount that they possibly can from your deposit money.
This is based on our personal experience with them nothing personal, just a word of warning.
