Dark and dirty

My boy friend with 25 yes exp welding worked there three days he said they had no tools gloves etc for him to use , he wore a respirator all shifts he worked and he is still blowin black boogers 2 days after they fired him for being too slow . He said its so dark in there all the lighting covered in dirt the windows are blacked out with dirt , tripping hazards everywhere everyone grabbing tools from each other and then searching for the most basic hand tools while tripping over cords and clutter he said he is surprised the place hasn't burned down with all the frayed extension cords and receptacles so worn out that the plug just fall out by itself. No guards on grinders etc no ventilation for welding fumes etc the dirtiest most disorganized shop he has ever seen .. And then the bathroom gross beyond 3rd world standards other than that the people that work there were decent enough but knew better than mention how bad conditions were , he was fired for lack
Of production after mentioning the conditions made it hard to do much of anything with all the searching for tools and not a clean place to
Put down something you did not want covered in dirt .. Sorry rayline but his work cloths were so dirty after less than a week I wanted to throw them out ! If WCB ever do a safty audit there they will have to close the shop .
