I have a review up on Google but want to warn others that this company is shady. My key fob was deactivated and I was locked out of my own home for a weekend because Rancho claimed I didn't pay my strata fee, even though my bank statement clearly showed that Rancho had taken the $. No apology. My fob has been deactivated again, don't know when as I have been out of town on business.
Senior strata do ignore calls as Shayne says above. Most barely speak English, let alone write English. The notices posted up in common areas from Rancho often contain Chinglish.
Rancho is quick to levy fines. I was accused of having trash out on my balcony and fined $200. Rancho sent me a photo as evidence, only so called trash was my dog enjoying the sun outside.
No follow up
Rancho has a history of ignoring issues and dodging calls.
Horrible
Ripped off two high-rise apartments ... said it was a savings when actually cost $30,000 per year. DO THE MATH PEOPLE! Uneducated?
