Training at DCC is always fun and challenging. The body sculpting classes for women produce great results. Love their therapy services as well - in-house experts ensure the best quality treatments (acupuncture, chiropractic, etc.)
All the trainers at DCC are real pros. The gym itself is like a playground: tires, ropes, field turf etc... There are classes or can can work out on your own, or get personal training. Really nice members and staff. There's a great vibe here.
By all accounts Dynamic Conditioning Centre is no ordinary gym. Great gym! The workouts will get your heart rate up quickly while having fun! Great atmosphere and the instructors are great at watching your form and are happy to give you alternative exercises if you have an injury. They run a challenge of the month which is always fun to participate in for a challenge!

So you work out at the gym 3x a week. Run for 30 - 60 minutes. Can lift weight. And you think you are strong right? Right?
DCC will break your ego.
I worked out at the beginner's boot camp and I'm not sure what's beginner about it. I'm glad I humbly signed up for the BEGINNER's class. I just realized I was a condescending a-hole who thinks I'm fit. I sweat like crazy. Panted like crazy....

There isn't a "light" way of saying it - Dynamic Conditioning Centre is simply a fantastic training facility. It is great to train in a gym that is designed for sports performance and with athletes as the main focus. I have no reservations in recommending DCC to anyone -- athlete or amateur. Both are going to see some wonderful results.
