I wish I stopped going to him earlier.

I have had dental problems for many years after leaving Dr. Ramlaggan that I directly relate to his treatments. I had never had problems before with my teeth. He talked me in to replacing all of my fillings when I had never had a problem with them. They were just the old silver ones. When he took them out he drilled too deep and ruined all the roots, which resulted in having to have root canal treatments. I have had 11 root canals because of this. He even did a root canal on a wrong tooth once. Then, the teeth become brittle and break, so they then need crowns, which are very expensive and usually not covered by benefits. The dentist I went to after him looked at my old xrays and said that there was no reason for him to drill so deep when he was originally replacing the fillings. I feel like I was tricked into having the fillings replaced, when he knew that it would involve many expensive repeat visits. He tried to talk my friend, also a patient, into replacing his fillings too.
