birthday party at RW
Recently had my daughter's birthday party at Rainbow World. I was very happy with the service and the kids had a great time. Glad the facility was so clean and suitable for a wide age group. Other reviews mentioned about children washing their hands before going in to the play area which I think is a great idea, less germs and no grease. Will definitely recommend and book again
Had to show ID for 7 month old
8 months and under are free with an older sibling at rw. When I told the owner the age of my daughter she did not believe me and kept repeating " she is big. You have to pay". Finally I showed her my daughters health card to prove her age. So be warned parents, if you have an above average size baby, you might want to bring ID. Horrible customer service. This is all too bad because my three year old loves it there.
Birthday party
Went to a birthday party at Rainbow World tonight and left very disappointed as did the other parents in attendance.
The play place was great and the party area was big, however there were tons of fruit flies.
The owners were extremely rude. They ignored people asking questions (adults). The man kept yelling at the children (in both english and chinese). The man also inspected every child's hands before they were aloud to enter the play area. Half hour before the party ended, both owners started cleaning up. It made all the guests very uncomfortable. The women started mopping under the tables in which we were sitting at and the man vaccuumed the carpets in the same room. They also would not allow the kids to play - even with 35 minutes left in the party. I told the female owner that we had considered booking the $400 party for our twins, but we changed our mind. She didnt even bother to respond. I will not take my children back there.

Horrible customer service!!!!
I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE having my kids party there this weekend. The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. It is too bad because the facility is great, but I will NEVER bring my kids back there again. My guests and I felt harrassed, the man (owner) was hovering over us the entire time. Getting mad at kids for being KIDS! He blocked the doorway into the playground so he could inspect each persons hands prior to going back into the play area. He actually turned a 2.5 year old back to RE-WASH his hands!!! I was so embarrassed, and felt horrible that my guests were subjected to this. I told the lady (other owner) how I felt at the end of the party and it seemed like she didn't even care. She just stood there with this silly smile/grin on her face the whole time! NEVER AGAIN, please be warned!!
And I am only giving this place 1 star because I have to give it something, otherwise it would be NO STARS!
