Awful, just awful! The entire time I was dealing with them they were nothing but rude, ignorant, and lies. Firstly, the customer service was terrible. They were totally rude and ignorant. Then, they gave us a 10% discount on the 6 BM dresses we were ordering, and then they decided that we were NOT going to be getting those dresses..after we all had the deposits down ($90) and couldn't back out.... more

This place has a large selection and the staff are very friendly. They also let you dig through with your grubby hands and try on whatever you like. I also found a dress I was considering for 150$ cheaper than a store in Toronto had it listed so I think its worth checking out. She would have also given me 20% of buy it off the rack.
