Horrible. Purchased a coupon package online. The service was poor and when I wanted to speak to the manager, she was rude. The Service was poor and had terrible time. There are many other better choices in the surrrounding area.

the pedi, did not even do anything, i was still left with feet that felt like sandpaper. also, the waxing room, was lite up like a fourth of july, and therefore was very uncomfortable setting in which to have something private worked on.

As regular customers here for the last 3 years, I have had a few disappointments with them. If Shelly had been my 1st point of contact with this spa, I probably would not have booked an appointment here at all. She has zero service skills and is just plain rude and impolite.
