we have stayed at alot of hotels all over the country but have never felt so un welcome as we did here. The front desk staff is the only staff we saw and they were not friendly or helpful. We were in the pool and the fire alarm went off, tried to use the red "emergency" phone to see what was going on and no one answered. We tried to get changed but the door to the changing room locked. The hotel literally screwed us with all these promises. They won't go out of their way to make what is suppose to be the best day of you life, the best day of your life. If you like nice walls and high ceilings, then this is the place for but you. But if you want quality food and service then go somewhere with a good reputation.
