After buying a ski rack from rack attack a few months back with marginal service, I needed some advise and possibly some parts for a rack a buddy gave me! I called five times, left a message and guess what? I'm still waiting for that call?!?! I guess I'll take my business over to Burnaby Hitch instead??

Just had a rack installed on my Cherokee a few days ago here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as I needed this done quick before a weekend getaway. All options were explained to me and they really helped me make the right choice. Really felt they knew their stuff.
