Pleasant staff.
This is a very attractive building. I have been to several large events here and always take a moment to step back and soak in the peaceful, calming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and full of knowledge about the area and their ancestors. There is a native village to visit as well.
Lean about the first nation's culture and history and see first hand at First nation carver's at work on totem's.
Take in a salmon BBQ and don't forget to visit the gift shop for all you take home gift and maybe a famous cowichan Sweater.
