They failed to inform me of cost and i drove out with a bill close to $400.00. When I made the suggestion that next time they first educate on how much one would be spending based on their recommendations I was told "This would have cost you $700.00 anywhere else." My experience was excellent-a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Especially helpful was Bruce who did the work on my car.
