Purchased a oven here. Very helpful staff and the oven has worked fantastic for us.

Satisfied with experience
August 09, 2010Looking to Purchase a maytag dishwasher after doing my research. Quan's was the best price around. Only draw back was the appliance was sent to the Peterborough Store instead of the Oshawa Store. I could put up with the inconvenience for the tremendous savings.

Update to bad customer service
July 21, 2010It is now October 1st. (Now into 4 months) I still do not have my dishwasher. Keep calling, promised calls back, don't get them. Hopefully soon.

March 08, 2009Ordered a top of the line dishwasher. Quoted a higher price when I returned for the actual purchase but it did honor the first quote so will give them a plus for this. Told it would be 7 - 10 days before it came in. Now 4 weeks later and still do not have although advised it is ready for delivery. I have purchased from them in the past with no problem.
