Staff is extremely friendly. Everyone would say hello and ask how you were doing. It was a very nice touch. Room was clean and modern. Lots of free parking. Never had to park more than 20 feet from the door

The room we had the first night had some issues. The next morning they gladly moved us to a new room for the rest of the stay. The new room was great

They charged me 40$ for breakfast for two nights to give me a 6.5$
voucher. When I complained they said it is booking.com commission which
seems to be a lie. Loud rooms and outdated

Easy to find the location of the hotel.

Somewhere along the line, there is a miscommunication between
booking.com and the hotels. When I booked the hotel, "complementary
breakfast" was offered. It clearly said so when I read it in the
profile of the hotel. That's one of the reasons I booked since I
wasn't renting a car. This way I wouldn't have to leave the
premises to have a breakfast....
