Worst Hotel Experience of my LIFE!!

When I booked the room I told the lady we were not going to be into Calgary until about 5 or 6 in the morning. When we arrived at the hotel the person at the desk was extremely rude and had lost our reservation. He said it was booked for 2 days previous. 90% of the staff are exceptional. some of the rooms are a little noisy but staff always go the extra mile to get me a quiet room. bring airplugs, as the heating creaks and groans all night. its always clean. some rooms need a little tlc to wallpaper. i think most peoples number one complaint would be the showers and have heard several people moan about them. seldom i have i enjoyed a regular... more

This was the worst hotel experience ever. We stayed during the Calgary Stampede and had no other option. The room was disgusting. I requested extra towels so we could lay them over our pillows... even then, one towel came to us stained. I attempted to clean the window and when the facecloth came off black with the first wipe, I just threw it in the bathtub ... which was also unfit to use. The... more
