worst customer service
if there's something wrong in any of the machines, instead of checking what the problem is, they ask you to just leave their place, no discussion.
the attendants are very old, and want to dictate to you what to do. if you ask for change, they force you to use toonies, although the machines accept loonies.

January 15, 2010The customer service at this business is very bad. They are rude at times, especially if you ask for loonies instead of toonies. They do NOT respond to any problem you many encounter.

December 19, 2009This place is getting old. most of the time, some of the equipment is not working, and you end up losing your money. Customer service is bad. if you report a problem, they treat you as if you are trying to save few coins.
