Definitely go somewhere else!  I just had a wax and the woman burned me, painfully, on the back of the leg. She clearly had no idea what she was doing, that the heat needs to be turned down.  She could barely speak English, which didn't help matters.   I'm going to be limping for a week!   People like this should not be in business!!
