Hate this place! I called to have two of my cats washed and shaved and was given attitude when I mentioned one of my cats had biting tendencies because he was declawed.I was told there would be a EXTRA cost since he was a trouble case but she could not tell me how much the extra would be :S I was told someone would call me back that same evening to schedule a appointment but no one ever called... more

À vrai dire, c'est une très bonne place. J'amène mon chien prendre son bain et faire la tonte, j'ai jamais eu de problèmes en 5 ans. C'est sure qu'ils veulent s'assurer que l'animal soit sain et en bon état donc ils posent beaucoup de questions. Je trouve normal poser des questions. Je recommande la place sont très responsables !!!!
