La ville vient d'investir 50 000$ pour la création d'une fontaine pour la baignade avec différent jets d'eau, sur le terrain de l'édifice 1921 de la Vieille Pulperie de Chicoutimi. Les enfants aiment bien jouer dans l'eau! Mais pour mille piastres de plus, il aurait fallu construire un chapiteau à proximité pour ne pas se faire brûler au soleil en attendant, avec des bancs ombragés. Il aurait... plus
