Previous visits to the restaurant have been great, but on the last occasion the whole experience was disappointing. The waiter had a poor understanding of English and failed to bring the appetizers altogether, while the food quality was iffy at best. Maybe it's a place to avoid during the lunch hour, or maybe it was just a poor day for them.
