HATE IT.
terrible customer service, anything beyond signing papers and paying is an inconvenience, they never go the extra mile. when asking questions or making a request, their facial expressions is bothersome and they simply tell you that it can't be done. and trust me, ICBC says it CAN and should be done by the autobroker, but this broker says they can't.
one word: LAZY i would NEVER recommend anyone to go here.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THERE ARE BETTER INSURANCE BROKERS OUT THERE.
Beware.
Beware of an insurance broker/agent called Eddy. He bought extra insurance for me which costed me over $200 more per annum that I never wanted without telling me and lied to me that everything is the same as I specified. I found out after I asked another agent!
