THis is a TERRIBLE company. They come in very slick and give you the illusion of a full service company, until something goes wrong! The 10 yr warantee is only during business hours (even if it is 40 below and your brand new furnace has stopped working!) Then when you call during business hours, they can't come out right away and there will be a CHARGE. STAY AWAY from pro solutions!
