The relentless upsell

Guys!
Don't advertise a special and when your customers come in requesting it let them know that YOUR advertised special is an inferior oil change. Your relentless up selling will only drive customers away. Frankly your up selling caused me to think you are a dishonest and undermined the work you did do. I won't return and will recommend others to avoid your services.
