I went in trying to get some documents signed for a very important subject for school, but the doctor refused to sign the papers. As a result, I failed my course at St. Clair and lost $20,000, thanks to his "holier-than-thou" attitude in this situation. He expected me to take months worth of tests before signing anything. The problem is, he is the only doctor I have ever seen in the last five years, since my family doctor died about six years ago. If he was not going to sign it, no one would. I was not trying to "score drugs", "screw the system", get time off work, or anything like that. I was trying to get some mandatory documents signed to complete a very important course at St. Clair, and I was instructed by professors that these documents should be a breeze to complete. However, this doctor would not level with me at any degree.
The icing on the cake is that Dr. Chaloub (sp?) smells of really strong body odour. I am sorry, but I can not feel very confident being inspected in a sanitary manner when the doctor himself smells foul. I do not know if it is part of his beliefs to not bathe or use deodorant, but he definately does not, and it is disgusting.
From this point on, I am on the search for a new family doctor. I just can not go on going to a man that wasted so much of my time and money.
