I felt compelled to tell you
May 25, 2011that I had the best service experience ever!! It feels great to walk into a dealership and be greeted with a smile. Soon as I opened the door they knew my name. It was great! They took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me like a person, not a number. They even offered me a ride home. Being a young mother of small children I found that to be most accomodating. Poor customer service
December 29, 2010All three times I have been to Prima mazda there have been issues. Oil changes take at least an hour and a half. Twice I called to make an appointment for the oil change, only to be told they weren't busy and to come on in. Then once I am there, they tell me I'll be waiting at least an hour and a half because there are cars ahead of me. Hence the reason I wanted to make an appointment. ... more
