I've had my female golden retriever groomed here several times now, and if I hadn't been satisfied with even one grooming, I wouldn't have taken her back there. They've always groomed her the way I've asked, and the grooming lasts for some time as far as the length of the hair on her feet, legs, and pants (no skirt for this female) go.
