Prery very poor plumbing

I used Prery to do my new home. When I moved in it was in February and very cold. He, Ryan, was here to hook up my plumbing on the last possible day. No one ever came back to hook up the outside water taps or the in-floor heat. We phoned several times but no ones would come out (We had prepaid our bill, big mistake) Our water heater was later clogged with rust and I had another plumber come in and find galvanized pipe (which rusts) in the water line. One of our toilets was never installed properly and leaked on the floor.
