Fabulous place for a massage
I have been into Prema Sai many times over the last year. Their staff are friendly and amazingly educated in all things alternative medicine. The place is huge and I have yet to receive anything less that the best massage in town!
Worst in Customer Service - EVER
"They advertise that all massage therapists are registered and can will qualify for your insurance. Not true. I am out 400 as insurance does not recognize the registration of the therapist. When owner and manager contacted - they were defensive and not helpful. I was told by the owner it was my problem - not theirs - even though I called and confirmed with he staff and advised they were recognized.
They also have a "sneaky" way of dealing withe credits on your accounts. At year end the credits get set to "expired". You might get them back if you complain and fight about it - and remember exactly what you had. Good luck. Again you might have to deal with a defensive owner in your face. Unfriendly. Not what you would expect from a place that promotes well-being and positive energy.
Owner and manager have no customer service skills."
