Always Excellent Italian Food, Good Specials, Italian Wine List

I always like this place. Fresh pastas, killer cannoli, diverse Italian menu with seafood, chicken, lamb... lots of stuff. Really nice, every changing list of specials. After driving by for years, meaning to stop in, we finally ate here - and were very glad! To be honest, it doesn't look like much from the street, but once you're inside and above street level, the views out the large front windows are of trees and mountains, and the warm interior makes you feel right at home.

Always wonderful

The Poor Italian is one of our favourite restaurants. The food is consistently fantastic with beautifully developed flavour. The wine list is expansive. The service is always impeccable, and if we are lucky, we are able to have Kamila as our server. She is wonderful and unforgettable.
