I am a new homeowner and got the house in November and the pool was already closed......New years day 2011 i noticed that some of Water bags were flat so I called Pool Mart and they told me that they would swing by and deliver the water bags the same day....what customer service.....they also offered to install them at no extra cost but i told them that I would.Visited their shop a few days... more
