Very rude

Twenty minutes before we were due to leave, sister dropped by to pick something us, so my daughter walked to the gate to let her in. Admittedly, she should have gone to the office, but the car was already waiting, so she used our admit card to let her in. The attendant came running out of the office screaming at her! I point out that she had my young neice with her, who got scared. My daughter explained what she was doing, but he continued to scream about registering the car and not let her finish speaking. She went with him to the office to register my sister's car, where he bombarded her with questions and demands, and finally looked up our account listing. When he saw that we were about to check out, he said, "Oh, never mind about registering the car, be out by 12:00". I will NEVER go back there and I will tell every camper I meet to never go there either! Also, they have some nerve billing themselves as 5 star. Our site was tiny, dirty, muddy (no grass, just a few weeds), had no picnic table,and the shed of the people behind us had a bunch of garbage behind it.
