Windows Installation

My picture window was leaking because of a renovation issue (not Ray-o-Max's fault), but they came out and were exceptional in diagnosing the problem and finding a temporary solution at no charge! They went above and beyond! I was very impressed with the company! I was very pleased that they actually found the cause of the problem. The windows were fabulous and the service was exceptional!

We had decided to do some renovating and wanted a bay window in the living room and a garden door in the dining room. After doing this with Ray-O-Max we decided to replace our front and back doors in the house a year or two later. We are very happy with the windows and service. They are expensive but well worth the money. Any problems we did have were all rectified within a reasonable time.

If you are thinking of buying windows from this establishment --Think again ! Their customer service stinks !! Once they have your money you basically  are non- Existent. I have had several issues with these windows and have Emailed their manager and I can't get him to respond to my concerns. Please do not fall into the ray o max trap !! Disgusting service.
