Buyer beware

They were salivating at the fact I spent $500 on a faucet, they told me it would be in 3-5 days, 5 days being the absolute max. That worked with my install date.

Happily put half down as required and that was it. Now they had my money and the faucet didn't arrive until 13 days later. Because it was so late I was forced to buy another faucet to make the install date previously arranged. When I went back to plumbing mart for a refund and they showed me the fine print and laughed, a restocking fee applies. It was their mistake and I had to pay for it.

Wrote the president an email, but the coward never responded. I'm telling 1000 people personally about my experience at Plumbing Mart Mississauga.

My poor, old parents hired these guys. They are terrible. Insanely overpriced to start, but went through with them anyway. Once they started work: a complete joke. Sent guys to work on the project and they had no ideas what the plan was. Their guy comes and works for about 2 hours a day and then leaves. Unbelievably slow. They send in their electrician and he spends half the time cursing... more

I hired plumbing mart in October to renovate my grandmother's bathroom. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. The sales rep Victor did not tell the truth and gave false promises. A two week job took over 5 months. Never use plumbing mart.

We had an older toilet that was leaking. Our plumber indicated to replace the flapper. We went to Home depot, home hardware and even Lowes and couldn't find any, since the toilet was an older model.He recommended we go to Plumbing Mart and we found the correct peace there, they even had more than one model to choose from. They are great for replacement peaces.
