Well kept/ but manager/landlord mentally unfit for job

Tecumseh's Plaza east is one of the higher priced tecumseh apartment buildings, they are well kept but heres were there good things end. The landlord/apartment manager Daloris Ducharme is mentally unfit for her job and often times have problems with working with the general public. Be very careful if you aproach this woman if your planning on living here, she may let you live here only to try to make your life miserable, I moved out solely because of her, so my advice avoid this place at all costs until their management changes
