I have been a regular at this location for many years. The customer service is excellent as staff are always very pleasant to me.

The person who took my order had some serious problems understanding what I wanted... I agree with the previous review in the fact that I repeated the order maybe 5 times and then she came to me to ask one more time and she still got it wrong!!! I don't see how a place can be so bad. People were not polite and the place was actually dirty and rather hot in the middle of the summer...

The person who takes the orders is terrible. We repeated our order about 4 times and they still got it wrong. They failed to mention they didn't have the toppings for the particular pizza we ordered and just brought something else which we didn't want. Then when we called them back after they just said we were wrong about it.
