I provided deficiency services to these suites and the builder. I found the builder to be a penny pinching SOB and did everything in his power to not fully correct things. The building has many unlevel floor areas, The cabinets are of low quality. The building materials from all trades that were supplied by the builder Gerry were cheap and of low life quality. This building is not a good investment now or in the future.
