Bad Atmosphere, Cheap Decor, and NO Service
June 05, 2012I have NEVER written a review before, but after my experience at Pina B's I feel compelled to do so. I recently went there for the first time after winning a GC at a local school event. When I arrived at my appointment time she was not at the salon. When she finally arrived she served another customer who was scheduled 1/2 an hour before me.
