Service après-vente inadéquat
Un an apres l'achat d'une thermopompe de 6000 dollars, il n'y a aucun moyen de parler a un technicien pour un renseignement technique.
On ne peut m'offrir qu'un service d'entretien complet ( autour de 150 dollars) à domicile avec un delai plus de pres de 3 semaines .
Je ne recommanderais pas cette entreprise.
