Prompt Refund

Just after I submitted my previous review (I was really peeved) I received a call from Carey at the Car wash.
He apologized for my inconvenience and promptly refunded my $ 6.00
I sugested a better way to have people contact them ( rather then an answering machine) if there are problems and he said they will try.
Carey was very polite and professional.
