I have very good input on a LOT of the Vietnamese restaurants in town. Me and my friend went through a period where we toured the city's vietnamese restaurants, critiquing each. Every Saturday and Sunday, and whatever we could manage on the odd week day lunch hour. Really it was pass / fail for each restaurant, though failing doesn't mean it's terrible just that I wouldn't go back, compared to the other restaurants in town. This viet place is close to my work, so I decided to try it. Was very disappointed. I ordered take out, and the food took about 20 mins to prepare.(there wasn't a line up). They didn't include any of the dipping sauces. The soup didn't have any flavors. All in all, I wouldn't recommend or return here ever again :(
I came in around 7pm on a Monday. I had the #23 bowl and salad rolls. It all arrived quickly and tasted great! The prices are average to good ($5 rolls, $10 bowl). I'll be coming back.
