Ruined my shoes!

Went in for a heel cap replacement. Had to go back a second time because the heel cap broke off after one wear. He cut the heel down, so it was shorter than it was originally, without my permission! The shoe was no longer balanced, and I could no longer wear the shoes.

Brought them to another repair shop and back to the store for their opinion. Was told the shoes were not wearable. Other shoe repair shops wouldn't touch them. Said there's nothing that can be done because Phil's Shoe Repair shorten the heel.

Never going back. Don't bother bringing your shoes there.
