very positive experience
I am so glad to see some positive feedback on this site when it is comes to the Phillip Van Leeuwen store. I had come to this site a few weeks ago before I decided to purchase a leather set from them. I felt I needed to do my research before buying. After reading the reviews I decided to shop around only to find that I could not find the same modern styling and great pricing from any other furniture in the area. So decided to go with my original thought.
Just wanted to let people know that I rec. the set in great condition, the sales people were amazing and delivery went without any hassle. I highly recommend.
Terrific Service
I just received my Ligne Roset dining table and chair order, could not be more pleased. Thank you for the excellent service & attention to detail. Delivery guys were terrific.

Take your business elsewhere. The all mighty dollar is the bottom line at this place and there are far better furniture boutiques in Ottawa that I will be giving my business in the future. Customer service means nothing. Instead what you get is a Manager who patronizes the clients and with attitude to spare. While at the showroom I also overheard him verbally abusing one of the staff about a mistake the had made. Why anyone would work there let alone shop there is beyond me. With the exception of the Kartell and Ligne Roset, all of their pieces are poorly made China knock-offs of famous designs. They make you pay in full upfront for orders that are late. My own order of a side chairs was 8 months late arriving - and to top it off it sat in their warehouse for 3 weeks before they delivered it, and I still had to pay for the delivery.

J'ai eu un bon service après-vente, les livreurs ont mis beaucoup d'efforts pour me satisfaire lors de la livraison causé par un ascenseur en panne. Merci ;)
