I have been going to see Frank @ Phases for over 25 years and could not imagine having anyone else cut my hair. Today I have left the salon feeling like a Queen!! The salon is very nice, the service is great and I like the friendly atmosphere. I absolutely love the way Victoria does my hair, she is amazing at what she does, a real professional, creative and always pleasure to deal with. I always feel great, young and funky when I leave!

I've been a client of Frank's for almost 15 years now and have always left his salon looking fabulous. His attention to detail and passion for what he does is so evident, and his staff have always been courteous and professional. People that want to use this review space to squawk about a pricing disparity or false advertising are not the type of client this salon deserves.
