Avoid This Pharmacy Like the Plague

This is truly one of the worst pharmacies on the island of Montreal. Come here at your own risk, and only if every other pharmacy in town is closed or has burned down. Seriously.

Their absolute worst offense is that they do not even bother to inform you when there has been a medication recall. So, you could be giving your family a medication that could potentially do them more harm than good, and they do not see the need to inform you about it. And this happened not once, but several times over the course of MONTHS. Simply an unacceptable standard of care.

If that in itself is not enough to warn you away, then consider these reasons...

Complete and utter rudeness and disrespect on the part of the pharmacist when asked simple questions.

Moreover, when you call in advance for a refill of your prescription, and are told it should be ready in about ten minutes, these things should *not* happen when you arrive sixty minutes later:
-- you wait AN HOUR for them to get their act together enough to locate your file, realize they never even started filling it, only to find out that they are out of stock of the medication you need a refill of. And none of the above should happen multiple times over the course of a year...

You could say that I am a bit of a slow learner. I prefer the term optimist. And I also like to give people the benefit of the doubt, which is why I kept coming back, but enough is enough. When it comes to matters of health and safety, it is definitely advisable to take your business elsewhere.
