Horrible customer service
September 16, 2011this pharmacie is by far far thw worst pharmacie i have been in my life,the customer service is just unbelieveble,they wouldnt even look at me at the eyes when i going to losespoke, overall i think they need to hire new people for customer service because their going to lose all their clients if they keep like that

Je me suis rendue chez Pharmaprix avec mon bébé pour voir auprès de la pharmacienne s'il n'y a pas une crème en vente libre qui pourrait soigner le muguet dans la bouche de mon bébé. "Ah! non madame vous devez absolument voir votre pédiatre pour une prescription" Résolue, je quitte l'endroit mais je souhaite vérifier en me rendant chez Jean-Coutu... surprise, super accueillante, la pharmacienne... more
